The girl stumbled on as it began to snow harder, the only thing protecting her from freezing was her red dress and boots. She trudged on through the blizzard, even though she just wanted to collapse in the knee-deep snow, even though it would mean death. She had been walking for days without food. She knew her only chance was to find someone who could help. But no help was coming.
