It was 1984 and still, death was inevitable. Vivian Newman knew that - even after her husband, George's, vicious murder committed by what she was sure wasn't human. A glimpse under the moonlight was all she remembered of it - the creature, the someone - who walked away and never looked back. They went unpunished. Vivian couldn't have that. 

In order to avenge her husband, she formed her own Ghostbusters gang... except they weren't catching ghosts. But any supernatural that dared walk through the door of Lakeside, Vivian's own mental asylum.  After five years of it being under construction, Vivian finally had the ultimate weapon to help her capture the maniac she blamed for the destruction of her family, of her life. 

But was building Lakeside the right decision? Would it truly help her...or only complicate her issues?
