With Borderline Personality Disorder, it can sometimes feel like you're feeling 1000 emotions at once. As someone who had so many different feelings, I felt like I was going insane. Eventually it kept escalating, never seeming to get better, or it seemed as if things never changed. I kept asking questions that no one seemed to have answers to. Until finally at the age of 21, I started getting the answers I searched so long for. This is my personal journey and advice about living with borderline personality disorder and every day struggles I deal with.

My book takes place at Planet Janet, a fantasy circus in which the Ringmaster interacts with each performance while interweaving my personal experiences of coping and living with the daily struggles of depression, rage, anxiety, panic attacks, and relationships.
