Following a series of bombings conducted by psychic terrorists, violent discrimination has quickly arisen between psychics and non-psychics in the gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation of Consigahria. A titanic GDP of over R$4.9 quadrillion, equivalent to $9.5 quadrillion National Standard Dollars; a population of over 22 billion people; a psychic population of over 10.5 billion; average income is R$222,200, and a 1-to-14.62 poor-to-rich wealth distribution provide a life in the lap of luxury, for the rich; unemployment rate is 2.56%. Orphaned and unemployed, Gabriel Pitocchelli has had to fend for himself for the last ten years, eventually leading a life as a gang leader prevalent in the Consigahrian black market. Director Jamaal Goddard's crimes served as the financial backbone of his agency: prostitution of children, a felony punishable by castration and five years in federal prison; international trafficking of scopolamine, cannabis, opium, and methamphetamine, each their own felony punishable by ten years in federal prison apiece; and finally, fearmongering through murder, a crime of terrorism and ultimate felony punishable by death. Ten years ago, even at the sacrifice of the reputation of his own people, Goddard not only funded and published research alleging to prove psychics as a separate species than other humans, but was also willing to assassinate two of his strongest captains, Gabe's parents, in order to keep his vast wealth and power under any circumstance. It's shortly before his 18th birthday when he uncovers the horrible details of the childhood he only knew in part, and comes to understand and triumph in battle over the man responsible for the death of his parents and an era of deathly nationwide discrimination.
