Humans persecute those with powers, also known as mutants. They split them up in multiple other countries, killing them if necessary. Once the Hamatos are discovered, the brothers are split up, left to fend for themselves, shunned from society and unaware if someone in their family has been slaughtered. Years later, Donnie uncovers some evidence to his brother's locations. Will he ever find his family? Will the entire race of mutants be wiped out? Will Oroku Saki's plans succeed? And more importantly, will one brother ever recovery from the trauma of being both tortured and tested?

Shen and Yoshi ran away to New York with their daughter Miwa after the terrible events that took place in Tokyo. Saki, who was once Yoshi's brother and Shen's dearest friend, betrayed them. He tried to kill Yoshi and almost killed Shen as well as trying to kidnap baby Miwa but Shen saved the day. Unfortunately, Saki still lived... Tokyo was no longer safe. So, abandoning their family and everything they have ever known, they went to New York like Shen had always dreamed, going under false names to keep hidden from Saki. As far as he and the world knew, Shen and Yoshi had died that night in the fire. It was hard being in an unfamiliar place with no family or friends to turn to but Yoshi and Shen made it through, like they always do. Together they raised their daughter and...their quadruplet sons, named: Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo. Why did you leave me...?
Warning: Swearing, creepy story, one-shot, character "death", mentions of depression, suicidal strip, mentions of poisoning, dark side, character gone missing, depictions of blood and gore, it took me too long to make this story, Jumpscare(?), maybe a slight ship(?), some scenes won't make sense until after you read the ending, The Hamatos and newlywed Jones decided to celebrate the defeat - and death - of the Shredder, finally free from his reign of terror across the world. However, a new problem arose once they realized that their happy-go-lucky brother, friend, and son - Hamato, Michelangelo - had gone missing. They've searched high and low for him, but there wasn't even a trace of his weapons around. Now - after five years without closure for their missing ally - the group goes back to the house they celebrated in to find their missing Hamato. All the while, everyone tries to make it to him - and themselves - alive, without HIM getting in the way. But, that raises more questions than answers. Where did Mikey go? Why did it take everyone five years to come back? Did Mikey survive on his own? Is he mad that they left him behind those years ago? Who is it that they are running from? Did he hurt their ototo? How will everyone react, if - and when - they see their ball of sunshine again? Was this just a dream that they wished would never come true? The only question that the orange masked turtle has had stayed true to him for five long years; "Why did you leave me...?". Teenage Mutant Ninja... Humans?!
BAAMMMMM!!!!!!! An explosion erupted from Donnie's lab and a thick orange cloud spread across the lair. "Donnie!" three turtle brothers and their father ran through the fog to find the one that caused the explosion. When they got to the lair they found him crawling out from under his now broken desk. "Sorry guys, I accidently put in the wrong ingredient." Donnie said bashfully as he got up. "As long as we are alright it is fine my son, but I believe that this shows that it is time for us all to get some sleep before something else happens." Master Splinter told his sons, giving a pointed look to the second youngest. The boys bowed their head to their father and complied with his wishes. They exchanged short 'good nights' before they went off to their own rooms, not paying any mind to the orange dust that covered them. That night, all five of the mutants fell into a deep sleep, their bodies slowly transforming. Their shells disappearing. Their green skin becoming pink. Their three fingered hands changing to human hands.Complete
Living In Fear
After a trip to the junkyard, Donnie and Mikey unknowingly bring home a small, wooden box. Accidentally opened, the box unleashes a thousand-year-old Demon whose only desire is to feed on the fear of others. Untouched for hundreds of years, the demon left the box and immediately turned his attention to finding the one thing he needed to get in touch with the human world. A host's body. Unfortunately for Donnie, the Demon chooses him for the coming haunting, feeding on the fear and slowly wearing down the young genius. Afraid of what his brothers will think if he complains about his 'nightmares' and 'demon hallucinations', Donnie thinks it best to keep his fears to himself. Without the help of his brothers, will Donnie be able to fight off the Demon? Will the Demon succeed in claiming Donnie's body for himself?
