Beth knew love in two forms; friendships and the love of foster parents. But she had never really known love in any other form. She knew her mother had tried, but she wasn't sure her mother had quite mastered the love of a parent after all during their time together Beth had been more of the parent then she was. As for the romantic kind, well who had time for that? 
Jay knew many forms of love from family; his parents, his brother, his godfather and his best friend. But love of the romantic kind he wasn't quite sure about. While it made his parents stronger, it seemed to destroy is godfather. Jay wasn't sure he wanted someone in his life who could have such an effect on him. Besides he was just fine with having fun anyway. Right?
When Beth's mum passes away it changes both Beth's and Jay's life in away neither of them could foresee. Leading them both to realise that love can really come in many forms, especially if you let it.All Rights Reserved
