A short story about a Scottish Highlander protecting the Shrine of Abandinus from the Roman empire. Abandinus was a Celtic Godess who made men fight to death to win her love, then she would mate with them and poison them. Her name means intoxication and only few humans can resist the power of summoning her from the Shrine.
