    The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the victim throws up and coughs up flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The sickness can be removed through surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals. It can be cured without side effects only when the feelings are returned to the victim. 
    
    Katsuki Bakugou always had secret feelings for Izuku Midoriya. He always thought that the younger male loved him back. But high school changes people. When Izuku makes new friends like, Shouto Todoroki,  Katsuki finds it hard to accept the new pairing.
