Glimoore High's biggest socialite, Franco Jones, brutally murders his lovestruck girlfriend in a moment of temporary insanity. Burying the evidence of his gruesome actions in a shallow grave, he then flees the scene without mentioning the horrific event to anyone.

Unknowing to him, there was a witness the night of the tragedy, and it isn't long before suspicion is drawn to him. Franco begins to take drastic and desperate measures to clear his name, and he doesn't care who he hurts in the process...meanwhile ignoring the big question; Was he insane?
