Praticamente forçado por sua família a ser internado, o jovem terá que descobrir meios para sobreviver à rotina cansativa e monótona do local, aos mais terríveis casos de suicídios e ainda aprender a lidar com sua própria doença. Tudo sozinho e, no máximo, com a ajuda de seu enfermeiro, Thiago. Mas a dura lição que ele aprenderá é que só há um jeito de sair desse ambiente sombrio: Morto.

Alex just left Nigel with only leaving a message on a note, telling him he probably comes back - only if possible. Obviously this is a hit in the face for Nigel. The first few months are terrible, and it only gets worse as he gets no word from Alex. No sign of him that could possibly give him some strength to go on. After more months, he loses his hope, killing everyone around as if that would make anything better. Nigel gets locked up in an asylum, declared for mentally unstable: charged for many, many murders. Since she is the only weak person of them all in a near distance, Alex gets into her body - being forced to share it with another soul. As soon as Nigel realizes that the girl isn't just somebody, and they can't get away from each other, there's only one option left. But what will happen? Will Alex get his body back?
