We all have trouble finding our purpose, we all have downs... and at some point we all hit rock bottom. I want you to know it's not the end my dear reader, you are loved, you will be loved. Yes In the process you will be hurt... but keep getting back up because there is beauty in this world, and if you can't seem to find it your looking in the wrong places.

Evolution
There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... It seems like we all hit rock bottom at some point in our lives. It feels like no one is there to help us out. "I will never be the same," are the thoughts. "I will never love again," are the actions. The best part about hitting rock bottom is the saying that is heard all the time, "The only way to go is up." This is the story of a boy who lost it all but started with nothing, going through life learning more about friendship, feeling loved for the first time, and finding a true home even if it means leaving everything behind.Complete

Give me shelter
Have you ever felt so lonely you believed there was nothing left for you? Stashed away, merely forgotten. I mean you could cry and cry, yet no one would hear you. At least no one you truly once loved. Being yourself can be detrimental to others happiness, and so you down play who you are. You devalue your beliefs, your morals fall short and that hollow rock turns into your Mirror. Do you matter anymore? Would anyone care if you simply disappeared? Could you find your way out of the darkness? Look Closer is one of my favourite quotes and so I'll use it as a guide to understanding the complex characters you're about to meet.Complete

Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do.
