After the war had ended, the words that you are about to read were recovered. Living at the base, soldiers, scientists, and officers were given simple training about displaying information. The way that this particular soldier writes is just how he interacted with people on a regular basis. Steven Harkey was the first human to prove that a piece of machinery developed by the top medical personnel could be used to make immortality, and suspended life. Steven survived the tests for ten long years without food, water, or needing to do anything nutritional for a diet. Steven survived, and was able to get up easily right away due to once every hour a day; he would go into intense muscle spasms to ensure that he wasn't losing his capabilities as a regular human. Steven was not informed about how exactly he lived through what happened due to the second part of project twilight was to see how naïve he could be. Why the head of medical thought it would be best to add this part to Project Twilight is unknown. It is important to remember that while Steven had training, he was never truly taught how to write. However, General Yule thought it best to drop hints about how to do it later on in his missions, so writing styles may vary journal entries are broken up into chapters for a more entertaining side of this story. Keep in mind; the journal writers might have tendencies to embellish. While they are honest people, sometimes it gets stretched and convoluted.

191 parts Complete

Ara, the only woman left alive after a plague, is searching for a way to save humanity. She thinks there isn't a man she can trust, until she meets Kaden. ***** A plague has swept over the Earth, killing the majority of the population and every female. Except one. Ara witnessed the horror and destruction, but for the last three years she has survived. Now, desperation and hunger force her out of the mountains and onto a dangerous path; across the flooded downtown and through the gangs of survivors is hope. Ara's father spoke of a clue that could save not just her, but humanity. Then she is captured by a group of men. Despite the seeming kindness of Kaden, a young man her own age, Ara doesn't know if she can trust them. Then again, there's no way she can cross the plague-ridden city on her own. Men. Monsters. Is there a difference? This is the story of The Last She.
