We went nuclear all because of one man decided that his screen was showing an actual attack, but it was all thanks to the failure of a single cheap chip. This event was known as the Moscow Error, and it cost an entire culture and civilization to disappear into oblivion. However, this event also led to a team of dying researchers to unleash a portal to a world beyond ours, unleashing beasts, unknown substances, and magical elements into our world that spread across as we lay underground. Now, it is time to rise to the surface to rediscover Earth.

With the impossible size of the universe, it shouldn't come as much of a surprise that there is life beyond just humans out there. Countless things have lived and died yet one stands above the rest due to the sheer amount of time it has lived. Almost since the beginning of the universe itself has it existed; a biological monster that would destroy and consume anything in its path. Planets, asteroids, entire stars even; whatever got in this things way wouldn't stay in the way for very long. It was a repetitive existence until one day the abomination met its match in the form of an absolutely enormous star. But a new leader came out of the ashes and proclaimed they would consider the apocalypse a "rebirth" and proceeded (with his advanced engineering) to clear radioactivity from America and make it livable again. With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power. He is a fair but cruel master (calling himself a Lord) and some people refuse to work for him. These people manage to escape the oppression of the Lord and live out on the wasteland that was once a great country.
