Kim Ji Su is a patient who was diagnosed with Coronary Heart Disease and Liver failure.  She's not expected to live much longer.   A huge fan of the Korean pop group, BTS, her one final wish before she passed, was that she could meet them.  BTS, touched by her story, decided to convince their manager to let them see her.  Agreeing, they went to Inje Hospital in Busan to see her. 
Heartbroken at her state, Park Jimin became attached to her and decided to see if he could pay for her surgery, which her parents couldn't afford.
