This are just things that from my point of view as a reader you should never do in your book. Things that I hate while reading a book , things that makes me stop reading the said book if have certain things in it . Things that I keep see over and over again in so many said books that I honestly lost patience. So maybe with this I can open some eyes and make them see their mistakes.
