As their lives finally intertwine with each other they figure out that they are not safe and must find their way to where they are from but with no memory of their past lives or what they can actually do. 

Johnny, Alyssa, Brayden and Crystal find themselves after a long dangerous journey but is it enough? Can they stop what is after them and save their home?
