...there is a charm about the forbidden that makes it unspeakably desirable. " Kharis, why don't you just tell me how you feel because how you act is confusing me. The corner of his mouth tilts upward slightly. I smile again. A smile!? A tiny one, but still. "Hm. So I got you to smile, that's progress, yeah? Can I get your name now?" When you are bartending, substituting for a friend and a frat boy slides you a fifty, hoping you'll spend a night with him.
