Pursuit of Happiness

Charlotte Reed, or Lottie, as she prefers to be called, is your typical teenage girl. Born and raised in southern Alabama with two loving parents and two annoying, yet lovable brothers, some would say she had a pretty good life. She got good grades, never got into trouble, had two close best friends, was a great horseback rider, and was happy with her life. Seems like a pretty average life, right?

Not exactly. Well, at least not until that day. September 31st, 2013, the day her parents were killed on impact in a car accident. The once normal girl with the average life now takes a turn for the worst as her world flips upside down. Her and her brothers now are being shipped out across the country to live with their immature, thirty year old uncle.

Will Lottie be able to put up with the loss of her parents, being the only girl in a New York apartment with three other guys, making new friends, finding love and the hardships of a broken heart? Well you'll just have to read to see for yourself.
