Lance feels worthless, and outsider to the rest of the team. Doesn't feel like he is a good enough fighter, pilot. A mess up.
With Shiro missing Keith takes up the black lion, and Lance moved to the red lion, and Allura took the blue lion. Allura finds Prince Lotor's ship, and decides the team should go on a mission. Keith being the leader, leads the mission. Although, the mission doesn't go as planned.

As the team discovers more about the Red Lion and it's Paladin, they learn that Keith may be of more use to them than just a prisoner.
