Meet Iris.
Iris is an orphan. She has been since she was ten. People always seem to come and go. They choose kids, but it's never her. Her past is something she would rather forget. It left its marks on her that never seem to go away. Iris begins to come with terms that she might be one of the few girls who never get out.
Meet Patrick.
Patrick is a dad who always wanted daughter. A daddy's girl. News comes in that says he may have lost his chance before it ever even came. But after what seems like forever of searching orphanage, after orphanage he begins to believe he just wasn't cut out to have another kid. Maybe it was for the best that Declan was his only kid.
