In AU where Ellia died giving birth to Aegon, Rhaegar marry Lyanna Stark, as they felt in love, but she also died giving birth to Jaehaerys Targaryen. Later he marries Cersei Lannister, but not for love and only for political marriage and after she gave Rhaegar three children, she dies with their third child, Tommen.
