The Australian punk band 5 Seconds of Summer is one of the best-known bands in the Los Angeles area in the 1980s, playing at The Roxy most nights. They have all the drinks and groupies they could ever want, or need, as they'd put it. Heather Tracey manages the band as a sort of motherly figure until one of them begins to finally make his feelings for her obvious. The other three can't exactly escape the wrath of love either, though, as they fall for a mate's younger sister, a waitress who won't look his way, and the privileged daughter of the very rich man wanting to sign and produce the three Aussies. That's right, he only wants three of them. Money, booze, and all the female attention and affection three boys could ever want. But, without one of their best mates, is it really worth it? Can everyone really get everything any way they want it? Even if they can, will it actually be the way they need it?
