Sebas Asmos Ti'en is a foxkin taken from his mother in the dead of night the moment after he is born. Raised by bookworm noblewoman and an ex-adventurer in the country, he develops a love for stories. Unwilling to repeat a life of the powerless acceptance of his cage, he is committed to a life of freedom and resolves to attain the power to do so.

Utilizing his unique brand of magic, his signature reckless behavior, and his mantra for protecting his loved ones, he will charm, stumble, and blast his way through his new world. His dream is to be an Adventurer and live as the happiest man the world has ever known. 

Along the way, Sebas will make his first friends and lovers. He will discover his limitless potential in order to gain all nine of his fox tails. He'll entertain both rich and poor with his stories. Wrestle with his mysterious origins, both blood and magical. And by his actions both intentional and by accident he'll change the world around him forever.

Whether she is truly willing to or not. But after four years without conflict, surely things couldn't reach that state again? Or perhaps that isn't the case.
