A gruesome disease has taken over, mutating the majority of the population. Nineteen-year-old Shiloh was one of the very few survivors that was rescued and sent to a hidden city in the badlands. There was a trace of the disease in her blood, but it didn't seem to be spreading and she wasn't turning. Having no memory of anything before she ended up there, she doesn't trust the place.
