" A maid." I said with a little shrug of my shoulders. I wasn't the least bit intimidated by him. After all I've been through worst.

"I'm going to ask you one last time. who..are..you?. and don't you dare tell me that shit again." At this point I knew he was trying so much not to succumb to his anger for a reason even he did not know.
"And for the last time, a maid." In a split second, I was pinned against the wall with so much force I thought I heard it crack. His elbow dug into my throat so hard making it impossible for me to breathe. Just when I knew I was at death's door, someone came rushing in.
"Alpha.." His breathing was heavy as if he'd been running.

He had purposely swirled her along with him, changing their position. His front was dangerously touching her back. "It's a weak who always run away showing back." He whispered in her ears, his breaths touching her neck.
