All this time Eric has leukemia.

He doesn't even know how he get this, later on the 4th stage, he should have said it before but he can't, because all of his chances where now hopeless to be left in 15 days, which was making his life wasted.

All of his hopes where gone, but still waiting for his death with patience.

Vincent was seemingly shock when Eric told him that, even he told him how he feel when having this kind of torture, but Vincent can't do anything to save him from having his sadness back again since before.

The only way was to do about it is to let it be, there's no left chances to be alive for the rest of his life, but still have the chances to live in 15 days with Vincent trying to have the best times for each other, and that's enough for Eric.

Vincent on the other hand, tried to make Eric happy in each day until the last, he tried everything but still have the courage to leave him and get mad or not. When Eric left him or tried to kill himself and not in the mood to be happy, Vincent is always there for him to comfort, he tried to get him back from running away, stopping him from suiciding, and making him happy as always.

But the sickness that cannot be remove in him, is unreplacable.

You might think Eric will lose his leukemia and live with Vincent happily for the rest of his life and appears to be an alternate ending?......

.......I don't think so.
