The city of Ashville has been a battlefront for three large gangs for as long as the city can remember. The police know to look the other way in fear for their lives when they know one of the three gangs are up to no good. All has been quiet recently, the Cry Of The Wild has declared a truce with the other two, the leader, Wildcat, simply put it as "He didn't want to deal with their bullshit at this time,". Cartoonz soon begins to devise a way to destroy the Silent Reigns from the inside out, he isn't interested in peace when he wants to see his long term enemy submit to him. He knows just how he is gonna break the man, and destroy the Silent Reigns from the inside.
