Self-insert story into the world of 2024's Deadpool and Wolverine: Y/N L/N loves too hard and loses everything, over and over, in every timeline. She's snippy but kind, caring but rude - she's basically a mini Deadpool... which wasn't unusual, after all, he was her dad... at least in her universe he was. ~~~~ I've never written a non-xreader fanfic before, so I hope this is good! There's still relationshippy stuff in it, specifically with (young) Charles Xavier and Gambit, but it's not the focus if that makes sense. We were just kids. Not experiments. Hundreds of kids were kidnapped at a young age and taken to a place called the Compound. Here they are put through ruthless tests in order to get one thing; mutants. When that breakthrough is finally achieved on A-36971 and a group of unknown people show up the next day, she takes the chance at asking for help using her new 'powers.' But getting this help came at a great cost. Once they're out and free, they realize the head scientist isn't letting them get away that easily. And he doesn't want his lifelong work to be out in the world just yet. So he'll just have to kill his experiments.Concluida

White was given to an organization right after she was born, she was a mutant of her own kind, she was known as 72. Growing up from that place until she was five, she never knew anything else except for avoid the needles, avoid the people in white coats and to stay strong. The day she turned five though, was the day everything changed. One kind guard set her free, she felt like a bird, she felt like she could fly and soar through the sky, to forget everything that happened in her past. She did for a while, but of course everything caught up to her. A year passed and White still remembered everything. From the smallest detail of the day. She was only six, on that day, exactly a year after she was able to escape from the Border, the only person that cared for her was killed, she was caught. She was back in bars, and the words that the guard told her still echoed in her mind. "Stay safe, stay alive," her life rules. And the years fly by, and still nothing happened. Hell I didn't know what to think. "Her name is Morgan." I stared at him. His calm attitude. "Don't give me that bullshit, I didn't ask for a name. Who. The fuck. Is she?" Charles looked at me and smiled. "She's your daughter if that's what you mean." My vision went fuzzy. How the fuck did I have a fucking kid. Why was she here? How old was she? who was her mother? Did she know who I was? Fuck, fuck, fuck. How did this happen? Why didn't I know sooner? That girl looked, 13? Why was I only finding out now? I didn't know the first thing about having a kid. When the Wolverine finds out he's actually a father, he did not expect it to go like this. 16 year old Morgan is Logan's daughter and is hating every second.
