POV: Alex
" I did't bring you into this game to rob me!" I knew my voice was loud, and I knew it scared her, but instead of stepping back and putting her head down. She took a step closer and look at me with the green eyes I thought about sense I first looked into them. I knew what she had to say i didn't want to hear. What i want to hear say was that she loved me, and she needed me as much as I needed her.
" Alex, you know i didn't join the game to make you or Tristan money, I did so could get money to get my brother out of prison, I didn't know how much i needed, but now I do and it's all in that bag." She points to the duffle bag full of money. And the gun still in her hand and yet her voice so steady smooth, like the way it was back in my room. " I didn't mean to hurt you, but family comes first and i know that's the reason why you came into the game. You got what you needed and I got what I needed, so don't stop me." And with that she walked out of the warehouse. My body screamed go after her let her take the money, but don't let walk out of your life. Move! my mind kept calling to my legs but no response. Then the doors to the warehouse closed and i fell to me knees. All alone in a empty, cold full of drugs warehouse, that didn't mean a thing to me anymore.
POV: Kira
If the air was cold i couldn't tell. My body felt so numb and my soul so bitter. I can't believe what I've done, but it is done and nothing could change it now. I love him. No! shut up Kira, get to the car, just get to the car. And don't look back. I opened my car door threw the bag into the passenger seat then claimed in. Started the car and ran the tires fast against the gravel. I try to get way as fast as I could, but it still left like i was stuck in the same spot. Still numb and still bitter.
