Chloe is a normal, everyday girl. She lives next to an annoying boy called Niall. She has known since she can remember and he has always annoyed her. He pops up at the wrong times, teases her, embarrasses her.He is her twin brothers best friend so she cant escape him. Chloe is sure that this is because he hates her, just like she hates him. Or is there another reason why Niall acts this way?
