Sydney had thought the eight-week vacation at the Hillside Country Club and Resort was going to be a dreadful and constant reminder as to why she was counting down the days till her fall semester at Stanford.

However, she had no clue that when a cute, but clumsy, waiter named Carter had spilled orange juice all down her brand new pink sun-dress, her life would be changed forever. 

Before that summer, Sydney had thought that she lost two things for good; love and family. Nobody had ever expected that a brown-haired boy with dimples deeper than the oceans could show her how to get them both back.
