Emily Smith is a simple 22 year old who travels Atlanta with her friends, Loraine Edward and Aaron Whitehead. When everything seemed to be right for a second, life threw something  new and the vacation turned into surviving at any cost.Emily meets up with some new people and, with someone she used to know. Now her only goal is to reach the only safe place known in a world where the walking dead aren't the only threat. Fear has control over everything, danger lurks in every corner. Now will she and her loved ones survive the new ordeal or will they join the ranks of the dead as the new world will takes the last of us down with it?

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.

They look for anything living to feed from. If they get near you, you're in trouble. If they scratch you, you die. If they bite you, you die. "We're screwed. All we can do now is survive."
