Kelly felt alone. It had been that way since she had been involved with a fatal car accident and a secret she had been forced to keep. All of her friends abandoned her and all that she had left was her mother and brother. She knew that she would be spending most of her summer curled up on her front porch watching the world pass her by. 

But when a stranger from out of town steps into the picture, things change. Wilma, a friend of Kelly's mom, has her nephew stay with her for the summer. Tyler introduces Kelly to adventure, excitement, and turns her summer upside down. Kelly might just fall in love with someone out of town.
