"I'm not going to wait and watch you fall apart pretending you don't need anyone!" Ethan Yelled after me, the rain thudding on the ground with his soaking hair dripping onto his face which was lit under the laptop he was stood under.

"It's not your place to tell me that! Don't you think I know?!" I yelled back at him, tears being covered up by the rain drops falling onto my face.

"Serenity it's hard watching you lie to not only yourself but to me to!" His clothes were now wet through, clinging to his skin exposing his muscles as he inched closer to me.

"Why do you care so much" I mumble looking down whilst crossing my arms, "It's not like you're my boyfriend"

I looked into his eyes which showed hurt, brokenness everything I didn't want to see in him.

"Well not being your boyfriend doesn't mean I don't care" He stuttered out slightly lifting my chin up my chin looking for eye contact.

I couldn't take it anymore, my hand slid around his neck holding it as I brushed my lips against his. His arms slid around my waist and his fingers wrapping on the elastic of my now soaked jeans pulling me closer.

"Want to know something?" I asked touching our foreheads looking into each other's eyes.

"I also pretended not having any feelings for you" I slightly moved my head up connecting our lips again, "I've stopped pretending"
