They want to save him to erase all guilt and to be with their friend. But Asriel isn't the only one that needs to be saved. Something, someone lurks inside Frisk's soul. Also in this Gaster is Sans and Papyrus's father because Dadster is wholesome and cute. Toriel and Asgore are decent friends in this one because I believe that they could have a friendship if they tried.
