She has what she truly hopes is just an imaginary friend, for the sake of her privacy, but some things begin happening. She will wake up and her stuff will be moved around, and sometimes she wakes up in the middle of the night and sees a swift streak of blue outside her window. For multiple months, the main character has been hiding themselves from this boy, Tal, because they've been scared of what Tal may think of them. After a while of waiting and hiding, Tal finally notices the main character and automatically falls in love with them; they had love at first sight. Slowly this major change affected the main character, their everyday life, and experiences they haven't had before. Their friends leave them and the main character is left with Tal and a few of his friends. The main character doesn't notice all of the changes they have had, and is left alone after something big happens to Tal.

Noah is headed nowhere- being alone, bullied, and outcasted by his peers. While everyone is having fun, partying, or going on dates, he spends his time looking up at the sky, especially at the Moon.
