Why me?

I was dying inside. I was finding it harder to breathe. I was finding it impossible to think.

"Lilianna!" Melody and Stephanie screamed endlessly but I could hardly hear what they were saying.

"Wake up", I chanted hopefully, "wake up", I stared into his closed, motionless eyes. I missed how black they were, how they sparkled in the dark, how dead they were and how it scared me to death. I missed how they seem lighter and gleam when he smiles. I missed how different they looked then.

"Lilianna?" I heard them but I was crying and my ears were ringing and my hands were shaking. I knew being lost in my thoughts would release this, but I was ready to release it.

"Lilianna!" they tried prying my hands off the bed stool, which I now clutched onto, waves of energy, I could feel being released from me."Lilianna!" But it was too late for that.

Too late to go back now.
