In an alternate universe which begins with Mike and Sam not finding Josh in the mines. Or no where for that matter.

Legend has it he turned into a Wendigo. Rumors go around that he died from hyperthermia as the search team merely skimmed over where he was. To summarize, Joshua Washington died on February 2nd, 2015.

Samantha Giddings, one of his closest friends, feels like there is only one way to solve this: by writing letters. Writing letters to the Washington boy that is rumored dead or a monster that lurks in the woods.
