Contrary to popular belief guardian Angels do exist except they don't have wings, nor do they come from heaven. Just another plane of existence known merely as the Gateway. You see to them helping people is just a job, a way of life. At least it is for most.
Ethan Zorak is a bit of a troublemaker and could care less about the people of Earth. But when an accident occurred causing him to be arrested and put on trial, he finds that a human girl, one Alexa Robins, now holds his future in her hand, which wouldn't be too bad if the girl didn't have more problems then he did. But something sinister is at work, and it may end up killing Ethan and Alexa if they cant find a way to overcome their problems.

Not sure, that's why her father says she must have gotten it from her aunt because she's the darkness... But because of that, she grew to be the outcast of the family, the forgotten one, the quiet one and the one who was always alone. She tried to get close to her siblings and it really only worked with Gabriel and Castiel but not much. But her other siblings would just call her names, she's tried so hard to not let it get to her but being the youngest sibling and wanting affection and love from them? She spent all her nights crying that eventually she became numb so she couldn't feel anymore but she was also consumed by rage that she ended up hurting her siblings and screaming at them for what they did that her father eventually banned her to earth. Since she's been banished to earth, her father stripped her of her powers aside from my telepathy, angel blade and darkness powers and because of that she decides to hurt those who get in her way because her siblings have put her through so much pain, anger and sadness that she just want to kill people...so she's tired of playing the nice angel...time to be bad...so that's why she's now the Angel of Darkness...
