Inside Edge

I feel my body propel into the air. I hear the whoosh of brisk icy air against my skin. I see the world blur around me as I start to spin and twist. The doubt kicks into my thoughts, will I land this move and hear the subtle scrap as my skate hits the ice or will I feel the oh so familiar sting as my skin contacts the hard, cold, unforgiving ice.
