Cory spent the first 6 months of the apocalypse living in luxury within a little town called Woodbury. As the leader's lady, she basically got to live like nothing had changed. That was until she noticed him losing his sanity and left before things could rot over. She hid in a truck outside of the CDC for only a week before a certain troubled group crossed her path, providing her with one thing she had been wishing for since Day 001, a Dixon. Well, after the first night of getting to know the group, she realized she got a little more than that. In fact, she got an entirely new challenge to face, an unbreakable tension between herself and the other short-fused asshole of the group. ║ Credit to AMC and The Walking Dead for major plot points and some dialogue within this book.
