Minato and Kushina didn't die the day the Kyubi attacked. 
He also has a younger brother and sister; Menma and Mito. Naruto is neglected by the villagers and even his own parents, for holding the Kyuubi.The only ones kind to him are Menma and Mito, Teuchi and Ayame, Kakashi a few selected ANBUS. 
At the age of four Naruto begins training under Hiruzen Sarutobi, some ANBUS and the nine tailed demon fox. At the age of six he's an ANBU black ops commander. 
He now was given a mission to protect the hokage's children. Undercover he goes to the academy as the stupid but quiet dead last.

UNEDITED: sucky writing and such, and a lot of confusing parts. Naruto Namikaze-Uzumaki have been abused and beaten by the villagers and his family. At his 3rd birthday he was became smart shinobi who was honing his skills to become the best. But his parents never payed attention to him, they only care about his two older siblings Menma and Mito. At his 3rd birthday and he got his first beating, he met the Nine Tailed Fox otherwise known as Kurama. From that Kurama started training Naruto to his limits, he trained him until Naruto doesn't have the energy to move. At the age of 5 he became an ANBU. He celebrated by himself but the villagers saw him and they beat him up, in the beating someone stabbed his left eye making him blind on the left side. From that day on he became emotionless and takes the most dangerous missions from the 4th Hokage, also know as his father. His parents had realized what they have done, is it too late to say sorry? What will happen, and what will go wrong and what will go right? There's a little fluff with Naruto and Sasuke, maybe other as well. Don't know yet. It's also a Narusasu, so Naruto's dominant, and Sasuke's submissive.
