NOW this is the law of the jungle,
as old and as true as the sky.
For the wolf that may keep it will prosper,
But the wolf that shall break it must die.

As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk,
the Law runneth forward and back.
For the strength of the pack is the wolf,
and the strength of the wolf is the pack.

A pack is only as strong as it's alpha, a weak alpha means a weak pack, and no pack can survive with just a Luna or just an alpha. A pack needs both, but when your alpha is a 76 year old, your Luna passed away, and their only child is a girl, things get a little complicated. 76 year old Jed found his mate at 50 years old, the two were only able to have one miracle baby. Jed knows that his pack needs a new alpha and Luna quickly because of his age and his health problems. He knew how hard it was for him to find his mate, and he did not want the same for his daughter. He called an old friend who has a son around the age of his daughter and made a deal with him, train your son to be an alpha and your next generation will be set.... It's a lot more to the story, you just have to read to fine out...I MEAN A LOT. this will be kinda like a part 3 to the full moon, but if you didn't read "FULL MOON"and "THE UNWANTED MATE" you will still be able to understand. I do suggest that you do read the two so you can have a better connection to the characters. πŸ’œ (P. S. This story will not be like the others, there will be deaths and killing)
