This 'house', actually apartment, happen to belong to a 17-year old girl named Christine Karasco. She has blonde hair and brown eyes. She is mostly seen in jeans and red flannel. Her brown eyebrows were unique, she had waxed them herself. It was like Sanji's from One piece but two more swirls(Pic in the first chap).
