Carla is talented and smart but she is pushed back by her social anxiety and the way her mind goes off into different worlds instead of earth. Theo is charming and sensitive and has just moved into town with his Dad and brother after a dramatic experience makes them unable to live the lives they once lead. Carla is forced to join a drama group with her friends and family to improve her anxiety and Theo always having a passion for the theatre is overcome to find the group as a distraction from his life he left behind. When she gets the part of Juliet and Theo as Romeo they are forced to spend time together and form a friendship. But that is the thing about friendship, it can unravel or build by a few actions and feelings. So what will happen when friendship becomes more, does it create something beautiful or if done wrong will it always lead to disaster.
