When Mackenzie was 10 the whole world's dreams starting turning into nightmares. Everyone's except Mackenzie's. When she was 12 she was sent to the Active Dreamers Program Institution and has been there for the past two and a half years. Thinking she will be leaving within the next two years she makes the mistake of telling the programs runners she is still having happy dreams which leads to finding out secrets she never knew about herself and discovering where she really came from.
