Kiyomi Kinomoto pretended that her parents' marriage wasn't falling apart before her own eyes, that she wasn't clinically depressed, and that she felt she had no true friends.
Instead she put herself to being a Hostess in Ouran's Hostess Club where she is characterized as a Cold Tsundere. She devotes herself to this characterization, so much that it replaces her true personality. She smiled her fake smile, and no one noticed.
Although, there were rumors. The rumors catch the ears of the Host Club. What can the Host Club do for her to regain her true self?
