"Opposites attract" said no one ever. Amy rose is a happy and excited girl that chases Sonic on the daily. Unlike Shadow, who is a quiet guy, able to find darkness in everything. It's Amy's birthday, and after chasing her favourite blue blur, she is left in the cold rain and with a broken heart in a dark forest. Who knew that this day could end up with a broken heart, and a mended one too? But with a fix, comes a flaw. Can Amy really stay away from Sonic and be with Shadow? Sonic and his friends find themselves grappling with the challenges of adulthood. Tails, now Dr. Prower, gains commodity as a community doctor, all while delving into life creation experiments, aiding Knuckles and Rouge in conceiving the first ever interspecies mobian. Shadow, in his quest to further explore his purpose as The Ultimate Lifeform, seeks Tail's assistance in harnessing his DNA, to cure all disease, starting with NIDS. Amy, feeling the pressure of time, ends her relationship with Sonic, despite their mutual feelings for one another, as he's simply not ready to settle down and commit. Following Rouge's suggestion, Amy turns to Tails for help with her fertility concerns, however, an unexpected incident alters her plans, leading to the emergence of a groundbreaking discovery. This is The New Wave Ultimate Lifeform.

Shadow struggles with his feelings for Amy knowing well she doesn't reciprocate. Her love for Sonic was indestructible. However one mission at Eggmans base changed all of their lives forever. Has TRAGIC events... that may or may not be solved don't want to spoil! I originally made the story as a short story which was the first chapter of this story however I soon decided to make it have its own book as it is hard to make this into only 2 parts! May have multiple endings. Mainly Shadamy but has SonAmy too. (I want to clarify I wrote this story and I had inspo from a comic I read in high school back then. So full credits to them for inspiring me. However I did this story entirely on my own with my writing style. I came up with the plots and characters' development.
