Lexi was just another girl. Well at least before the outbreak. She was perky but not the annoying type she had just enough for the guys to fall for her.

She was sweet and innocent. But wasn't most like that?But now after everything she's gone threw the chocolate brown eyes now blazed with fire and rage. She kept to herself. She was alone and only relied on herself, she didn't need a group. 


Or that's what she told her self.


Daryl... he's a redneck with stubbornness after the outbreak, and an asshole. Hell he was like that before the outbreak. Much like Lexi he kept to him self. He was quiet, he didn't need or relied on a group. He simply helps the group thrive, without him they would never have gone where they are. So he told himself.

Being as stubborn as he is Daryl tends to be annoying, he's well.... an arrowhead(another book)( goddees). Lexi and Daryl stumble paths.

Lexi is feisty. And Daryl is stubborn. What a great mix(sarcastic tone). Oohhh don't you just love drama

She's always been super smart skipping a few grades and graduating high school at 16. She went off to Medical College to become a doctor. A few months later the world ended and the dead started walking and eating people. The world collapsed and it was survival of the fittest. Her brothers best friend saves her, her nephew and her brothers wife. Thinking the city was going to be safe only to shocked when they bomb it and the dead take over. Now In a small group outside of the city at an old quarry trying to survive the best they can. She meets a lot of new people but one particular man catches her eye. He's rugged, muscular, tall, attractive, know how to survive. Only problem is he seems to hate her. He avoids her at all cost and when they do come in contact he's harsh with her. What they don't realise is they have more in common they they know. They fall for each other and hard but hate that they have those feels from the fear of rejection and loss.

I quickly stood up and held my cross bow out in front of me pointing it where the voice came from. "Woah, woah, put the cross bow down." I finally see the boy who was speaking, he looked about my age he has dark brown hair and ocean blue eyes. He wore a blue flannel and a brown cowboy hat. His eyes just made me melt, no, no Ava focus. I stared him down but he stared right back. "Just put it down, no one has to get hurt." I didn't listen to him I just kept aiming at his head. "What's your name?" The boy asked me. I don't understand why he keeps talking to me. I haven't listened. I just stared at him not able to even speak. "You don't talk much huh?" He asked. I just continued to stare at this boy. "Just put the weapon down and we can talk, I promise I won't hurt you." "Give me your gun." I said referring the gun he had in his holster. He pulled it out of his holster. "Put it on the ground in front of you." He did as I said and put it on the ground. "Kick it over here." I commanded. He again did what I asked and kicked the gun towards me. I swiftly bent down, never talking my eyes off the boy in the hat and picked up his gun. "You got anything else?" I asked. "You want to check?" He asked with a smirk plastered on his face. I rolled my eyes at this immature boy. "Do ya or no?" I asked getting frustrated. "I'm not telling you have to check." He told me the smirk never leaving his face. ~.~.~ When the world turns to shit, you learn not to trust anyone. Ava however is not like most people, she saw the good in Carl Grimes that day. She learns more from Carl and his group then she ever did out there. She learns that you need more then food and water and weapons, you need allies, you need friends that could just turn into family.
