The Invaluables finally got rid of Split Speed. It's been six months since their victory, but Director Nicholle Allman is keeping the secret that he's actually still alive.

He decides to make his own camp, called Camp Tuwandi. He makes a program where six children from Camp Tiwandu go to Camp Tuwandi and vice versa. Rita Hernandez is one of the ones that was picked to go.

She's the only person that Nicholle has told, and she has been given several ways to communicate anything she can find out about the camp and any plans Split Speed may have for the Invaluables.

After figuring out his plan and defeating him with some new abilities, Rita has a new weight on her shoulders. A crazy guy claiming to be related to Nicholle arrives at camp and explains the origins of the people with abilities. Rita is a little suspicious about him, and has a right to be, because he threatens her and everyone and everything she loves: her friends, her family, her camp.
